FIDA at the Central Thuringia Junior Chamber: New Perspectives on Personality Analyses
On June 15, 2026, our colleagues Jenny Behm and Björn Marz attended an event organized by Wirtschaftsjunioren Mittelthüringen e.V. The evening focused on personality analysis and the question of how different behavioral and communication styles influence teamwork.
Speaker Dieter Ortmann provided practical insights into the DISC and 4-Color models and demonstrated how personality analyses can help people better understand themselves and others. It became clear that the goal is not to categorize people, but rather to consciously recognize differences and sustainably improve communication and collaboration.
At FIDA, too, personality analyses have played an important role in human resources development for several years now. They help our teams leverage individual strengths in a targeted manner, better understand team dynamics, and further develop collaboration in our day-to-day work. At the same time, we are convinced that established processes should be regularly reevaluated and supplemented with new ideas.
That is precisely why this event was particularly valuable to us. The exchange with experts and other companies opened up new perspectives and showed that even for tried-and-true approaches, there are always new ideas to consider.
We would like to thank the Wirtschaftsjunioren Mittelthüringen e.V. and Dieter Ortmann for the successful event, the inspiring ideas, and the open dialogue.
