Customer event with tradition: the FIDA Cup celebrates its comeback

Before the coronavirus pandemic, this event was a firm fixture in the calendar and a highlight for everyone involved. It was all the more rewarding to see the enthusiasm and team spirit with which the teams returned to the pitch.

Team spirit on and off the pitch

FIDA was also represented with its own team - and was delighted with a strong 3rd place in the end. A result that was not only impressive in sporting terms, but also symbolic: The principles of team sports and the world of work are closely linked. Success is achieved through cooperation, clear communication and the harmonious interplay of different strengths - whether on the soccer pitch or in a joint project.

Culinary highlights and regional ties

The tournament day was rounded off with hearty food and lovingly packed goodie bags. The Thuringian sausages and the popular Thuringian dumplings from Schadinis in particular put everyone in a good mood. With our humorous slogan "Working Kloß together", we not only made people laugh, but also incorporated a piece of regional identity into the day. Small details like these make the FIDA Cup a special event where sporting activity and personal interaction go hand in hand.

An event that connects

The FIDA Cup is more than just a soccer tournament - it is a platform for team spirit, cooperation and building personal relationships. Playing together and the relaxed atmosphere create a bond that goes beyond everyday working life and takes collaboration to a whole new level.

A big thank you goes to Christoph Schwanz for the excellent organization of the event and to everyone involved in making the FIDA Cup a complete success. We are already looking forward to next year, when we can once again compete together, cheer each other on and celebrate the values of team sport.

Because one thing is certain: traditions like the FIDA Cup show how valuable shared experiences are - both for sporting and professional success.
