As a proud sponsor of the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship, we have been working closely with selected universities for many years to support students in the fields of computer science and business informatics.
Our partnership with Leipzig University, Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, Ilmenau University of Technology and Nuremberg University of Technology is more than just financial support - we also see ourselves as knowledge brokers. On January 22, Torsten Nietz, Managing Director of Finanz-DATA GmbH, once again had the opportunity to share his expertise with students at Ilmenau University of Technology. His presentation entitled "Enterprise Systems in the financial industry. IT Architecture of Insurance." not only provided an insight into the extensive world of the insurance industry, but also explained the demanding IT requirements behind it.
Torsten Nietz not only presented current developments in the insurance industry to the students, but also addressed the digitalisation trends that have left their mark in recent years. He provided insights into the world of insurtechs and spoke about the potential benefits of artificial intelligence and ecosystems in this area.
We are proud to be shaping not only the future of the insurance industry, but also that of dedicated students. As an active cooperation partner, we are also involved with the opportunities for internships and Master's thesis supervision.
