GPT4YOU in use at TÜV Thüringen

Initial situation

TÜV Thüringen was faced with the challenge of making transcription processes more efficient in its day-to-day work. Meetings were previously transcribed manually - a time-consuming process that tied up valuable capacity. The aim was to create an on-premises solution that automatically transcribes audio and video content, reliably recognizes speakers and integrates seamlessly into the existing work environment - without transferring data to external clouds.

Our solution

We developed a fully local transcription solution for TÜV Thüringen based on GPT4YOU, running on a dedicated NVIDIA GPU server. The solution enables audio files to be uploaded directly and automatically converted into structured text - including automatic speaker recognition. The transcription engine is integrated directly into TÜV-GPT via an API so that employees can initiate transcriptions directly from their familiar interface. Finished transcripts can then be exported as a Word document with a single click.

Result

By using the AI-supported transcription solution, TÜV Thüringen was able to significantly speed up its workflow for documenting conversations and test situations. What was previously manual and time-consuming is now automated.
