Who is our client?

Our client is a leading company in the insurance and financial services sector with over 100 years of tradition. As one of the largest providers in its sector, the company stands for innovative, customer-oriented services and sustainable solutions.

The challenge of compensation logic

Our client's policy management system comprises millions of property insurance policies covered by a wide range of products such as liability, household and commercial insurance. Our solution: production support and migrations

Our team has been entrusted with the production support of the contract management system in the area of property. As level 2 support, we handle complex queries and ensure smooth operation. Our focus is on several core tasks:

  • Interface work: Our team works closely with IT departments, specialist departments and external partners to comprehensively clarify complaints or technical problems.
