Solemn meeting
at the FIDA Summer Festival 2024
The FIDAs were able to get to know each other better at the champagne reception and dinner. The personal exchange is always a particularly enjoyable experience for the team, most of whom work remotely. Many of our employees' family members were also present and provided for lively conversations.
In keeping with the principle "People work at FIDA, not workers", the summer party is one of the most important events every year for the #ONEFIDA community to get together in person. After all, our team works from three locations and mainly remotely.
We all met at the event location on the Michelshöhe in Sömmerda, which is surrounded by greenery in summer. This gave us the opportunity to celebrate together in an early summer atmosphere. Overall, there was a very pleasant atmosphere, which led to many open-hearted conversations and positive memories.
After a warm welcome from our Managing Director, Torsten Nietz, there was already the first opportunity to join colleagues and get to know their friends and partners. The joint dinner with numerous delicacies for every taste was the culinary highlight of the evening. Afterwards, the grounds offered numerous opportunities to get together in conversation. The FIDAs were also able to take souvenir photos with a photo box or conquer the dance floor.
