At the "Insurance Fraud in Austria" focus day in Vienna, Versicherungsforen Leipzig GmbH brought together specialists and managers from the insurance industry to discuss current developments and challenges in fraud prevention.

The event made it clear that fraud prevention is no longer a marginal issue, but a key success factor for insurers. New technological possibilities, the increasing complexity of claims and ever more professionally organized fraud patterns are increasing the pressure to act. At the same time, data-driven analyses and artificial intelligence are opening up new opportunities to investigate claims faster, more precisely and more efficiently.

Against this backdrop, Dr. Simon Kroll took the opportunity to engage in intensive discussions with experts from the industry. The focus was on current challenges as well as specific technical solutions. Among other things, innovative ways of digital fraud detection were discussed - from our AI-supported image forensics solution #fraudify to the optimization of processes in claims and benefits management.
