FIDA at the Claims Management & Assistance trade fair congress in Leipzig
On April 14, 2026, FIDA took part in the Claims Management & Assistance trade fair congress organized by Versicherungsforen Leipzig. Every year, the event provides a platform for discussing current developments and challenges in claims management.
Dr. Simon Kroll and Holger Fähnrich were on site for FIDA. During the congress, numerous discussions were held and new impulses and insights were gained.
The focus was particularly on topics such as business consulting, practical software development and the use of artificial intelligence. These areas play a central role in the digitalization of processes and the development of sustainable solutions in the insurance industry.
In addition to the professional exchange, the get-together also offered a special opportunity for networking. Participants were given a glimpse behind the scenes at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig.
