FIDA at erwicon 2026 in Erfurt
The erwicon is one of Thuringia’s most important business conferences and brings together representatives from business, academia, politics, and government every year. Once again this year, the event at the Steigerwaldstadion in Erfurt provided an ideal platform for discussing current developments, innovations, and the future of Thuringia as a business location.
Representing FIDA were Ines Textor, Lisa Heß, Marian Mischke, Babett Brauer, and Björn Marz. Together, they took the opportunity to hold numerous discussions with companies, partners, and representatives of regional networks and to establish new contacts.
The exchange with representatives from politics and business was particularly valuable. Among others, discussions took place with Erfurt’s Mayor Andreas Horn, Thuringia’s Minister-President Mario Voigt, and Minister of Economic Affairs Colette Boos-John. This direct dialogue provided exciting insights into current economic developments and underscored the importance of a strong network between businesses, politics, and academia.
In addition to the technical presentations and panel discussions, our team focused primarily on personal networking. New perspectives, inspiring conversations, and exchanges with various stakeholders serve as important sources of inspiration for us to further drive innovation and actively shape the digital transformation.
The event concluded successfully with a get-together. Over good food, cool drinks, and in a pleasant atmosphere, the day’s discussions continued and existing contacts were further strengthened.
We’d like to thank the organizers for a thoroughly successful event and are already looking forward to next year’s erwicon.
