Promotion of young talent
As an active cooperation partner, we also provide practical lectures and opportunities for internships as well as Master's thesis supervision at Leipzig University, Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, Ilmenau University of Technology and Nuremberg University of Technology - for strong and well-trained young talent, which we also support with three German scholarships each year.
As FIDA, we focus on networking and partnership at eye level for the Central German location and are therefore involved in the ITnetzwerk Thüringen e.V.. Our aim is not only to strengthen the IT landscape, but also to develop it further through targeted initiatives and projects in order to achieve the best possible benefits for our customers. We are convinced that innovative strength comes from networks. Only by working together can we set the course for a sustainable and forward-looking digital environment.
Björn Marz has been a member of the ITnetzwerk board since 2024 and we are involved in the "Human Resources" and "Marketing" working groups through our technical experts.
We believe that success requires responsibility. That is why FIDA supports the Central German Children's Hospice in Tambach-Dietharz every year with a company-wide fundraising campaign.
As a breath of fresh air at the back of the Black Dragons, FIDA's commitment now carries the racket and heart of Erfurt ice hockey. Together with FIDA, the Black Dragons take to the ice - for thrilling games that fill Erfurt and our values with pride.
