FIDA Day 2026: Growing Together at Leuchtenburg
On June 26, 2026, this year’s FIDA Day took place at Leuchtenburg Castle near Jena. The day offered the perfect opportunity to leave our day-to-day work behind, develop new ideas together, and further strengthen our team spirit.
The focus was on a variety of workshops in which we engaged intensively with current topics and the further development of FIDA. Together, we gathered new insights, discussed ideas, and developed perspectives for the future. The open exchange across departmental boundaries demonstrated once again how important collaboration and diverse perspectives are for our shared success.
In addition to the professional content, there was plenty of time for socializing. Various team-building activities provided the opportunity to connect outside the daily work routine, overcome challenges together, and further strengthen team cohesion.
Our summer party marked the successful conclusion of the day. With perfect weather, good food, and refreshing drinks, we wrapped up FIDA Day together. In a relaxed atmosphere, the day’s discussions continued, and we shared many wonderful moments together.
For us, FIDA Day is far more than just an internal event. It provides a space for new ideas, personal connections, and shared experiences that shape our corporate culture and strengthen team cohesion.
