As an active partner, we also contribute by offering practical lectures and internship opportunities, as well as supervising master’s theses at the University of Leipzig, Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences, the Technical University of Ilmenau, and the Technical University of Nuremberg—to foster a strong and well-educated next generation of professionals, whom we further support with three Germany Scholarships each year.

At FIDA, we believe in networking and partnerships on an equal footing to support Central Germany as a business hub, which is why we are actively involved in ITnetzwerk Thüringen e.V. Our goal is not only to strengthen the IT landscape but also to further develop it through targeted initiatives and projects in order to achieve the greatest possible benefit for our customers. We are convinced that innovation stems from networks. Only by working together can we set the course for a sustainable and forward-looking digital environment.

Björn Marz has been on the ITnetzwerk board since 2024, and our subject matter experts are actively involved in the “Human Resources” and “Marketing” working groups.

At FIDA, we bring our expertise to bear in precisely this area and are delighted to be part of the Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (BVMW) effective immediately.

Through our membership, we aim to engage with dedicated entrepreneurs, learn from one another, and break new ground together. The BVMW provides a strong platform for this purpose, enabling us to unite the interests of small and medium-sized businesses, drive innovation, and generate momentum at both the regional and national levels.
